poor service hostile approach
The service left much to be desired. i found it quite difficult to locate any waiters during breakfast or by the pool. there was a rather shocking incident with the management when we misplaced some soap and shampoo by the beach. They threatened to charge us for replacements. this felt inappropriate given the hotel's supposed five-star rating. the overall approach seemed hostile and quite offensive

boat service souk bazaar french riviera
the hotel had a boat service it transported guests throughout the resort i used it several times to reach different restaurants. the souk bazaar located near the hotel sold souvenirs and perfumes i bought several gifts there. breakfast at the french riviera offered amazing views i enjoyed the scenery each morning.
the minibar soft drinks were initially stated as chargeable but later found to be complimentary this caused some confusion during checkout.
